Adam was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL., where both his father and mother have both been long time residents. His Father started and operated a local printing company which is still family operated to this day. He and his wife have two children.
Over 25 years ago, Adam started with a pickup truck and a small labor crew. He realized early on, that to be successful, you must have a strong work ethic, integrity, and always deliver quality work. Fielder companies serves their clients with all these qualities daily and Adam strongly believes this is a key factor in our continued ability to thrive and serve the community.
Managing Partner/Co-Owner for Fielder Companies
DarcyLi Salinas is the Managing Partner/Co-Owner of Fielder companies. She manages the company’s cost elements, revenue, and oversees all business functions.
DarcyLi grew up in Madison County and Jefferson County. As she became an adult, she moved to Wisconsin where she raised her 2 children. Once her children completed college, she moved back to Florida.
Darcy joined Fielder in early 2015. Fielder has given her a diverse range of opportunities, including customer service, accounting, marketing, and the implementation of our software program to streamline and grow the business.
DarcyLi’s extensive background in sales support, customer service, purchasing, accounting and other administrative areas of a fully functioning office has given her the ability to aid in the growth of Fielder Companies.
DarcyLi strongly believes in the importance to helping others in their roles at the company, as it builds growth and a strong team atmosphere. The Fielder tag line that we all live by is “One Team, One Family”, and we believe it builds a strong team connection.
When DarcyLi is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her friends, and traveling to Wisconsin to visit her 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Born and raised in Tallahassee, Mike grew up under the city’s iconic canopies and is now raising two sons in the same vibrant community he proudly serves. Since joining Fielder Tree Service in 2022, he has become a trusted expert in hazard assessments, tree health evaluations, and strategic preservation. Mike believes that every tree tells a story—and that tree care should protect both people and the landscape for generations to come.
Mike’s approach is uniquely balanced: he understands that trees, like people, have life cycles. He’s known for offering clear, honest guidance on when a tree should be preserved, pruned, or removed, and he always puts client education and safety first.
In addition to his arborist work, Mike is a skilled drone operator and content creator, capturing stunning aerial imagery that showcases the breathtaking landscapes of North Florida. His visual work not only highlights the importance of tree care—it also celebrates the natural beauty that makes this region so special.

Whether he’s advising on a single tree or overseeing large-scale mitigation, Tommy is respected for his precision, honesty, and practical leadership.
Tommy moved to Tallahassee at age 12, built his life here, and raised his family in the very neighborhoods he now helps protect. He’s married to his incredible wife, Fran Locke, and together they are proud parents of two children. Mike began his tree industry journey in 2000 after serving four years in the United States Navy. His career spans climbing, plant health care, production management, and residential and commercial sales. Whether he’s advising homeowners on long-term tree health or designing strategic plans for complex removals, Mike is driven by a mission to empower clients with accurate, actionable guidance.
Mike first joined Fielder Tree Service in 2017 and returned in 2024, bringing not just experience—but a renewed energy to support our customers and crews with clarity and confidence. He specializes in balancing arboricultural science with real-world problem-solving, helping clients protect their property while honoring the trees that make it beautiful.
Originally from Indiana, Mike and his wife relocated to Tallahassee in 2006 to plant their roots and raise their six children. When he’s not serving clients, you’ll find him with his family in the great outdoors—camping, fishing, hiking, and enjoying the very landscapes he’s spent a career protecting.

With over three decades of experience in the tree industry, Guy Bridges is a seasoned leader and strategic force at Fielder Tree Service. As General Manager, Guy oversees day-to-day operations with precision and professionalism, provides administration support, and has a deep understanding of the risks, rewards, and responsibilities that come with expert tree care.
Guy’s career spans 33 years in the field, with a specialization in hazardous and technical removals—the type of jobs that demand more than just skill; they require leadership, confidence, and an unwavering commitment to safety. Whether he’s navigating tight residential removals or large-scale storm response, Guy leads from the front with field-tested knowledge and a calm, tactical mindset.

Operations Manager
Born and raised in Gallipolis, Ohio, Justin has been a dedicated part of Fielder Tree Service for four years, where he has developed a deep understanding of the tree service industry. As the foreman, Justin ensures that every project runs smoothly and safely, leading his team with precision and care.
When he’s not overseeing operations, Justin enjoys quality time with his wife, Shaea, and their two energetic children, Jameson (4) and Harlee (2). Justin’s passion for his work, combined with his commitment to family, makes him a valued leader and trusted professional in the field.
Production Coordinator/Lead Foreman
Jacob Wagoner is a Production Coordinator at Fielder Tree Service, bringing a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to every project. With three years of industry experience, Jacob has quickly proven himself as a dependable leader who thrives in the field and stays focused on safety, communication, and getting the job done right.
Originally born in Oklahoma and raised in Bristol, Florida, Jacob brings a grounded, small-town perspective to his leadership style. His role involves coordinating daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring that both safety protocols and client expectations are met without compromise.
Jacob has been married for four years and is a proud father to a spirited 2-year-old daughter. Family is his foundation, and much of his free time is spent swimming, fishing, hosting cookouts, and taking on outdoor projects around the house—especially in his garden, where he finds both peace and purpose.
Known for his calm demeanor and steady leadership, Jacob leads by example and keeps his team motivated with clear expectations and mutual respect. His commitment to both his craft and his crew makes him a valuable asset to the Fielder Tree Service team.
Crane Operator
Jake Rushing is a seasoned crane operator with 7 years of experience and has been in the tree industry for an impressive 20 years. Born and raised in Woodville, FL, Jake brings a deep understanding of the field and strong leadership skills to the Fielder Tree Service team.
He has been happily married to his wife, Kristi, for 16 years. Together, they have four children: Courtney (29), Stephan (25), Colbie (15), and Colton (14), as well as four grandchildren: Kenslie (5), Tucker (5), Jackson (3), and Lainey (1).
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors, running his deer hounds, catching wild hogs, fishing, and playing softball—activities that keep him connected to his love for nature and adventure.
Crane Operator & I.S.A Certified Arborist FL-92868
Sutt moved to the area in 2005 and began his career in tree work in 2012. Starting as a groundsman, he quickly advanced to loader truck operator in 2015. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, Sutt became a certified arborist in 2017 and a certified crane operator in 2018. He joined Fielder in June 2023 and achieved TRAQ certification in 2024.
In his downtime, Sutt enjoys hunting and fishing. He became a certified charter boat captain through the USCG in 2020, allowing him to share his passion for the outdoors with others. Sutt has been happily married to his wife, Brandy, for 12 years. Together, they have a blended family of five daughters and one son.
Sutt’s dedication to his craft and his family is evident in every aspect of his life, making him a valuable member of the Fielder team.
Crane Operator
Ivan Wagoner is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience in the tree service industry. Born and raised in Bristol, Florida, Ivan has honed his expertise and leadership skills, becoming an integral part of the Fielder Tree Service team.
Family is central to Ivan’s life. He and his wife are proud parents of six wonderful children, ages 3 to 11, with four energetic boys and two sweet girls filling their home with joy. Outside of work, Ivan treasures quality time with his family, focusing on creating lasting memories with his children.
Foreman
Jake is a lifelong Tallahassee resident with a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors. Growing up immersed in the local ecosystem, he honed his competitive spirit through football and lacrosse, while developing a profound respect for nature through countless hours of duck hunting. A seasoned member of the Fielder’s team since his early years, Jake’s love for climbing trees is matched only by his dedication to customer satisfaction. Jake goes to TSC and expects to graduate next year.
Foreman
Mike has been in the tree service industry for about 10 years, eight of which has been with Fielder. Mike’s role with the company is very versatile. He handles stump grinding, drives a loader truck, and is wonderful at leading in prayer at company events and meetings.
In his spare time, Mike loves to spend time with his wife, Amber, and he likes to write; he has two published books. Mike trains in martial arts and is a 4th degree black belt. He also enjoys extreme sports, like sky diving, scuba diving, and spelunking.
Foreman
Devon Casey Wagoner was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and now proudly serves as a Foreman at Fielder Tree Service. With three years in the tree industry—all of them with Fielder—Devon has developed a deep appreciation for the work and the people he shares it with.
Devon believes that a strong team is built on trust, collaboration, and recognizing the unique strengths each person brings to the job. He leads with a focus on safety, teamwork, and a positive attitude. His daily goal is simple but powerful: to make someone smile or laugh at least once a day.
Devon is married and the proud father of three children. When he’s not leading a crew, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on their small farm. His dedication to both work and home life makes him a valued part of the Fielder team.
Foreman
With 10 years in the tree industry, Isaiah brings both experience and energy to every job he leads. He first got into tree work because of his love for the outdoors, his adventurous spirit.
Isaiah started with Fielder Tree Service in July 2017, took a break, and returned in 2022. Since then, he’s been back for about three years—and stronger than ever.
For Isaiah, leading a crew comes down to trust, respect, and teamwork. He keeps his team motivated by making sure they know he’s 200% behind them—he won’t lead them wrong, and they can count on him for both safety and support.
While Isaiah is well-rounded with equipment, rigging, and crane work, his true passion is climbing. That’s where he feels most at home.
Isaiah describes the culture at Fielder as family-driven: “Everybody motivates everybody. As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the love. It’s a great workplace.”
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Isaiah loves spending time with his family, hanging out with friends and coworkers, and making memories filled with laughter. His hobbies include fitness, flag football, basketball, reading, and playing Call of Duty when he gets the chance.
Advice for Newcomers:
“Be confident. Keep your composure. Remember no one’s perfect—everyone does things differently. Have fun, and above all, be safe.”
Foreman
Dalton Jones serves as one of Fielder Tree Service’s Production Coordinators, bringing over nine years of industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for tree work. Raised in a family business, Dalton was introduced to the industry early and quickly developed a love for climbing, which remains his favorite part of the job.
Dalton joined Fielder after relocating from South Florida, where a chance connection through family friends led him to the team. Since then, he’s been an essential part of daily operations—coordinating crews, managing crane-based tree removals and pruning, and ensuring each project is executed with safety, efficiency, and expert communication.
He’s a strong believer in the power of clear communication, especially in high-risk environments. Tools like our communication systems play a vital role in how Dalton keeps his team connected, motivated, and safe on the job.
The most challenging aspect of his role? The initial crane setup—something he tackles with skill and precision.
Dalton grew up in Suwannee County (Live Oak) and still spends time there with family. He and his wife Haley are proud parents to their energetic son Kayce—lovingly dubbed “Captain Chaos”—and are excited to welcome their daughter Madilynn any day now. In his downtime, Dalton enjoys working on trucks, fishing, hunting, paintball, target shooting, and building dirt bikes with his brother. He also takes pride in his first truck: a fully customized 1998 F-150 with a 20” lift and 44” super swampers.
Dalton brings both confidence and humility to his leadership. His advice for those new to the industry: “Take your time, watch the guys around you, ask questions, and communicate. That’s the biggest thing to make this already dangerous job less technical and more manageable.”
Beginner Climber / Aerial Work
Gaven got his start in the tree industry almost 10 years ago, just before turning 18. Drawn to the outdoors and the idea of doing something fun and challenging, he quickly found his passion. For him, the best part of the job is the view — nothing beats looking out over a gorgeous lake or across a sea of treetops.
When he’s not climbing, you’ll probably find him on the tractor (his favorite piece of equipment). As Gaven puts it, “It’s like a big toy for adults… but of course responsibly.”
Gaven grew up in Woodville and Tallahassee, moving between the two, and today he enjoys fishing, working on trucks, and kicking back to relax.
What he loves most about Fielder is the team: “There’s so many people here I can call family. If we need help on a job, there’s always smiling faces walking up to lend a hand.” He describes the crew as hardworking, dedicated, and “the best damn team at Fielder.”
His advice for newcomers? “It’s not for everyone, but as a family and team here at Fielder, we’ll show and teach you everything you need to know to do the job responsibly and safely — and you’ll love all of us.”
Fleet Manager
Dustin Fukushima, a lifelong Tallahassee native, is the Fleet Manager for Fielder Companies, where he brings over 20 years of mechanical expertise to the team. A devoted husband and father of three, Dustin balances his professional responsibilities with a deep commitment to family and community.
He is a black belt in judo and proudly serves as an assistant wrestling coach at Lincoln High School, where he mentors young athletes with discipline and integrity. Known for his reliability and strong leadership, Dustin ensures Fielder’s fleet operates safely and efficiently. His passion for service, both on and off the job, makes him a valued member of the Fielder family.
Office Administrator
Cindy is the proud mother of two children, Kristine and Robert, and the proud grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren, Sophia, and Nolan. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends. Cindy has lived all over the world with her family, as her father was in the Army, and fluently speaks two languages. Cindy has been with Fielder since 2018 and has many administrative roles, including accounts management and customer service.
Operations Coordinator, Fielder Tree Service
Joshua Yost is a proud Tallahassee native who grew up exploring the area’s many parks and trails through hiking and outdoor activities. His deep connection to the local environment inspires his dedication to supporting his team and contributing to the preservation and care of natural spaces.
Joshua brings his passion for his hometown and a commitment to teamwork to every project, ensuring that Fielder Tree Service delivers top-quality results for clients and the community.
Accounting Manager
April has been part of the Fielder Family since 2021 as our Accounting Manager. She is a self-motivated professional with more than twenty years practical background in business management.
She was born in Cheyenne, WY and grew up in North Platte, NE. She moved with her family to Tallahassee in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the community. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her family, friends, and neighbors.
Project Administrator
Victoria Rowell relocated to Tallahassee in 2019 and began her career with Fielder Tree Service shortly thereafter. In 2020, she married her husband, Chase, and together they’ve embraced Tallahassee as their forever home. The couple celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Reece, in 2023, a milestone that has brought immense joy to their lives.
As a dedicated and detail-oriented project administrator, Victoria is driven to continuously enhance her skills and broaden her expertise, ensuring she delivers exceptional results in her role.
Outside of work, Victoria loves spending time with her family and friends, capturing moments through her passion for photography, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new and exciting destinations.

Jeff Rivera brings extensive experience in inventory management and customer service to his role as Front Desk Associate at Fielder Tree Service. Since relocating from Jacksonville to Tallahassee in 2022, Jeff has continued to prioritize a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional service and support for clients and team members alike.
Passionate about contributing to the success of Fielder Tree and Landscape, Jeff is excited to grow and thrive alongside the company in the years ahead.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing the drums, writing, and spending quality time with his three dogs and his long-time girlfriend.
